An innovative multi-channel point of sale system needed a professional website to communicate the use of its platform through multiple sales channels, its purported competitive advantage. The website was developed to communicate a seamless customer experience across all sales channels that was particularly advantageous for companies with an omni-channel retail strategy that made it easier for customers to buy and companies to process payments on a single platform.
A provider of clinical trials needed a professional website re-design and development which showcased its software for prospective enterprise healthcare clients. They sought clean and clear layout which accurately described the benefits of the software to prospective clients. Multiple variations of the webpage were designed and developed with analysis performed to determine the pages which resulted in the most user engagement.
A software application for trial lawyers was having a challenging time informing potential legal clients about how their technology worked and the value that it provided. The text heavy website did not work well for time constrained legal professionals and distracted procurement managers. The result was custom graphics created and a design that focused on the most important information to efficiently educate legal professionals, provide pricing information, and establish a clear call-to-action prompting visitors to schedule a demo.
An online wealth management platform was having difficulty converting users on the website to test the software out. Research suggested that the primary problem was the website was not properly educating customers when they initially interacted with the website and appeared too sophisticated for the casual investor. Animation was used to make the site friendlier across all generations to appeal more to those that would otherwise prefer a traditional financial advisor. The result was greater conversations from an older demographic, which had a higher net worth and used the platform for a longer period.
A provider of market intelligence for the real estate industry had many customers with several different interests and was struggling to accurately segment users based on their specific requirements. Research was performed on each customer demographic and a pop-up was proposed to create a landing page and lead generation form with a specific demo for each classification of client. The result was more leads being generated and a more organized sales funnel that enabled the leads to be segmented based on priority and customer classification.
A market intelligence platform that enabled healthcare providers to more accurately assess and predict coverage in the United States, along with better evaluating goal decisions needed a professional website to showcase its technology and demonstrate the value with its data drive interface. A clean website was created to inform the target client about the advantages of the technology, showcase the platform, and encourage prospective clients to sign up and engage with the system.
A startup company designed to help users find shared office space needed a full-stack website which enabled users to post shared office space and companies to browser space that was available. The complete requirements were analyzed, along with competing websites, with multiple versions of the home pages created to prepare a version which suited all customers, but focused on converting leads searching for shared office space.
A marketplace lender which specialized in business loans needed a new modern website design to engage companies in need of funding, prospective investors, and encourage brokers to provide deals to the company. Several mockups of the website were created to effectively convert prospective leads into engaged customers and provide clear customer support for those in need of immediate assistance. The emphases were placed on companies in need of business loans based on the unique interests of the company at the time.
A CPA firm needed a professional website to showcase its various services and top management in a manner that supported cross-selling and enabled it to adequately cover all areas of business. The company wanted to establish trust, credibility, and demonstrate its integrity for clients so color psychology was used with an informative and business professional website to educate prospective clients and cross-sell to existing ones.
An enterprise healthcare system for companies to interact with doctors needed a design and full-stack development for its enterprise clients to engage with the platform effectively and efficiently. The technology enabled companies to allow their employees to refill medication and interact with primary care doctors to diagnose and treat issues that would otherwise require paid time off. The platform was designed around an intuitive interface that required no education and training for first time users.
An infamous provider of microloans to business owners in developing countries needed a website to showcase its competitive advantage of social entrepreneurship and demonstrate not only the returns of the loans, but the impact that they had on the lives of the customers, along with educating visitors about how the company worked in a minimal text and visual oriented format. A website was developed based on the specifications of the marketing department which increased conversions by over 33%.
A leading provider of leasing management software needed a simple website to showcase its software and immediately engage prospective vendors and clients about the benefits and ease of use of the technology, while also establishing trust and credibility with prospective customers. The prospective sales funnels were created based on a sequence of interest, education, and conversion with multiple funnels created and tested to optimize inbound traffic. The result was a fully optimized website that increased conversions and generated more leads than ever before.
