A leading social media application requested the services of Vartheta to assist in analyzing historical user metrics to re-design a user interface which would generate more conversions. Vartheta researched, designed, and implemented a new interface that resulted in a conversion increase of 22%, the highest of any previous UI enhancements.
A content hosting platform specializing in digital print based media needed a mobile application running in Android and iOS. Vartheta helped them to analyze the desktop user interface and transfer the same efficiency and replicate a consistent user-experience across mobile and tablet devices. The result was a profitable application that retained existing users and generated new ones from the mobile application stores.
A productivity application approached Vartheta with the need of re-designing its marketing campaigns to increase user adoption rates. Vartheta analyzed the existing sales funnel and determined the bottleneck, for which it developed variations of the interface and re-designed the user registration process to reduce time - resulting in an increase of user registration rates by 20% with constant user retention rates.
A major car rental service needed a mobile application to increase the interaction between car renters and the company, along with incentivizing customer loyalty. Vartheta analyzed similar applications to draw ideas and elements to avoid. The result was a highly effective and profitable mobile application that was used to increase the customer loyalty level by 12% over the period of twenty-four months.
A social media application specializing in the content sharing market approached Vartheta to build a larger back-end database that could support a larger number of users and content that they share. Vartheta analyzed the existing structure of the database and moved the application to AWS Cloud Hosting, the result was an increase in the stability and file storage potential of the application, resulting in an increased user capacity.
An international conglomerate based in the United States introduced a new line of 'smart appliances' that interacted with users. They requested a mobile application that enabled users to interact with the appliances to process orders for the appliances via iOS and Android mobile applications. The result was an application which seamlessly integrated with the devices and enabled users to control their environment directly through their smartphone.
A leading producer of automotive parts requested a mobile application that could be used by their internal team members to monitor inventory, shipments, and sales for managers. This internal application integrated with their existing ERP systems to more effectively control the flow of product from unfinished product procurement to downstream fulfillment and distribution, which increased the efficiency of their company substantially.
A major food & beverage franchise was seeking a mobile application which would enable users to order food in advance, browse the menu, and interact with the brand to build loyalty. The advanced ordering was promoted throughout their stores and resulted in user adoption which increased the overall efficiency and decreased the throughput time of the food, which resulted in increased the average sales volume by 12% across all franchise locations.
A leading manufacturer of athletic wear needed a mobile website and application which enabled consumers to interact with their brand, establish a brand identity, and acquire customer information for special sales & promotions. Vartheta worked with the company to research the consumer demographics and usage behavior, develop the mobile application, and provide six months of optimization support to continuously improve the application based on the initial round of user-interaction.
A retailer of computer equipment was generating low conversions on mobile devices and wanted to increase the conversion rates on the platform. Vartheta analyzed the root cause of the low conversion metrics and re-designed the mobile websites for tablets and phones to increase the conversion rates by 22% and the overall ROI on mobile related advertisements by 30%, increasing the average order price by 15% due to more efficient mobile searches, faster load times, and a more intuitive checkout process.
A content aggregator and social media website for startup companies needed a back-end database for the mobile website to enable users to create accounts, store company information, and aggregate information about startup companies within select geographic locations - while building front end interface to search for companies and investors. Vartheta engineered the back-end infrastructure for the mobile application which eliminated problems of website lagging resulting in poor user retention rates that the company was experiencing.
This security company was seeking a cross-platform (Desktop/Cell Phone/Tablet) application which enabled their security teams to coordinate with event management, third-party emergency response teams, and security monitoring technology for an all-inclusive building security management system on a secure private server. Vartheta gathered the requirements, designed/developed the technology, and trained its team members how to use the application.
